On January 20, E4028, the second of two new EURO 4000 locomotives for VFLI arrived in France. On January 21, the locomotive was accompanied by 27118, E4017 and the also new E4027, all carrying the colourful VFLI livery.

Note that both E4027 and E4028 carry plates with their service numbers as works numbers. Most likely, these numbers should be Vossloh 2732/2014 and 2733/2014 respectively.
