IntEgro 223 144 has been restyled into a silver and blue livery for use with Transdev Regio Ost daughter company Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn (MRB) on Leipzig-Chemnitz Regional Express services between December 2015 and December 2023. The rolling stock used by MRB will consist of EuroRunner locomotives in push-pull formation with passenger coaches currently in use by the Nord-Ostsee-Bahn (NOB) and driving trailers.
