The first regular services with Colas Rail's new PowerHaul locomotives have started. On February 17, 70801 performed its first runs on the British network. During the first couple of days, a Class 56 locomotive was added in case of teething problems.
In the meantime, units 70804 and 70805 made their first runs in revenue service as well. 70803's status is unknown, but it will possibly be in general service by now or will be soon.
