On 21 December 2017, CZ LOKO announced that a Class 753.6 EffiLiner 1600 locomotive for PSˇ was nearing completion. With its order, Slovakia's PSˇ became CZ LOKO's third customer for the type. In 2018, the company took delivery of the loco.
Eight years after delivery, loco 753 608-9 was outshopped by CZ LOKO in a special Budamar Group livery. It turned out that the loco was acquired by RS Lease and hired to Budamar Logistics, thereby marking an end to the loco's life at PSˇ.
