Yesterday, Freightliner 70018 was seen running from Brush Traction in Loughborough to Crewe Basford Hall. 70018 had been out of service for quite a while after it suffered a fire on April 5th 2012. One of the reasons for the loco being under repairs for so long was a lack of spares. This was partly solved by using parts of demonstrator loco 70099.
