Yesterday morning, Crossrail PB 12 derailed at Wilsele, Belgium. Together with the locomotive, three wagons derailed as well. The result is damage to four switches and more than 100 sleepers. To what extent PB 12 is damaged remains unclear for now. Infrabel estimates that regular rail traffic between Leuven and Mechelen is not possible before thursday.
