According to a press statement issued by the Vossloh Group, the transportation division is no longer seen as part of its core business. The company states that its goal is to sell the transportation division in whole or in parts by 2017 at the latest. Turning the transportation division into a partnership in which Vossloh will have a minority stake is also a possibility. This, however, depends on the progress of Vossloh Group’s restructuring and repositioning measures that are currently being carried out.
