Yesterday, on February 4, the first dynamic trials with DRS / Beacon Rail 68002 'Intrepid' commenced. For this purpose, the locomotive was positioned in a train consisting of eleven Mk2 carriages and electric locomotive 90020. In this consist the train performed two testruns from Carlisle to Crewe and back. This week, more trial runs will be performed with the brand new UKLIGHT locomotive.
