[NL] PowerHaul tests in the Netherlands to resume

Finally there is some PowerHaul news again. After HHPI 29008 (II) last year, it is now the turn of sister locomotive 29009 to visit the Netherlands.

On May 17, HHPI 29009 was transported to the German border station of Emmerich. A day later, the loco was transported to Arnhem in the Netherland from where a test run to Maarn Goederen was planned to test the ATB train protection system. However, the test run was cancelled for the day and will be continued on a later date.
