Last week, the first EURO 4000 locomotive for French construction company ETF arrived in France. In the night of July 3, unit E4029 left Barcelona in a freight train which headed for Perpignan. Unlike what was reported earlier, ETF will receive locomotives E4029 (2734/2014) and E4030 (2735/2014), not E4027 and E4028. The latter two are still in Valencia, while E4030 should have left the Vossloh works in Valencia in the meantime as well. ETF will use its two EURO 4000s for construction trains on the LGV Est.
