Under CZ LOKO's supervision, the modernization of 14 2M62U twin-section diesel locomotives is currently taking place at the LDz's workshop in Riga. In May 2016, the first machine (2M62UM-0111) made its appearance. Since then, we have been able to identify a total of eight double locomotives that were either completed or in an advanced stage of production. Including 2M62UM-0111, we know of the following locomotives:
